A US woman accused of killing two of her children before disappearing has been arrested in the UK, according to police.
Kimberlee Singler was taken into custody without incident, Colorado Springs police said on Sunday.
In a statement, reported by Sky News’ sister organisation NBC News, police said: “Detectives with the Colorado Springs Police Department’s homicide unit continue to work closely with multiple law enforcement agencies in pursuing the ongoing investigation.”
The 35-year-old was named in an arrest warrant on Saturday, alleging she committed murder, attempted murder, child abuse and assault.
On 19 December, police had responded to a 911 call about a burglary at a home in Palomino Ranch Point, Colorado.
A nine-year-old girl and a seven-year-old boy were found dead at the scene.
Singler and her 11-year-old daughter were taken to hospital.
