A second person has been arrested after a 12-year-old boy died in a hit-and-run on the M62 in West Yorkshire on Saturday night.
A 47-year-old man from the Bolton area has been arrested today on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Police had appealed for information after the vehicle involved in the collision failed to stop at the scene.
The latest arrest comes after a 36-year-old man was held on suspicion of causing or allowing the death of a child over the weekend.
