The Independent Press Standards Organisation (Ipso) is launching an investigation into Jeremy Clarkson’s article in The Sun about the Duchess of Sussex.
The piece received more than 25,100 complaints.
In it he said he was “dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets”.
In January, Clarkson said he had emailed the Duchess and Prince Harry to apologise over his article, in which he also said he “hated” Meghan.
