A one-year-old baby has died at a house in Manchester.
Officers were called at around 2pm on Sunday to reports of a baby “not breathing” at an address on Bonscale Crescent, Middleton.
However, despite the best efforts of emergency services, the young child was pronounced dead at the scene.

It isn’t clear what caused the death, but an investigation is ongoing.
