Jurors deliberating in the trial of nurse Lucy Letby have been told by the judge he will accept majority verdicts.
Letby is accused of murdering seven babies and attempting to murder 10 others at the Countess of Chester Hospital’s neonatal unit between June 2015 and June 2016.
The 33-year-old, from Hereford, denies all the charges against her.
Trial judge Mr Justice Goss said on Tuesday he would accept a majority of 10-1 after the jury was reduced to 11 members last Thursday.
Jurors were sent out in July and have been deliberating for 15 days, after hearing more than nine months of evidence.
