An investigation is under way into the “unexplained” deaths of two women in East Lothian.
The bodies were recovered from a house in Caponflat Crescent in Haddington last Wednesday afternoon after emergency crews were called to the property following concern for the occupants within.
Police Scotland said the deaths are being treated as “unexplained but not suspicious”.

A force spokesperson added: “Enquiries are ongoing.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
