I’m A Celebrity presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have revealed this year’s series will return to Australia.
The long-running celebrity reality show has been filmed at Gwrych Castle in North Wales over the past two years due to the coronavirus pandemic causing travel restrictions.
But now the popular presenting duo have said the contestants will be back camping in the Australian jungle when the series returns in November.
Speaking to ITV’s This Morning, Donnelly, 46, said: “If they let us in the country, we’ll be back in.
“We had two lovely years in Wales, we really enjoyed our time in Wales, but this show has to be in Australia, we have to go back.”
The Geordie pair have hosted the show since it started in 2002, apart from the 2018 series when McPartlin, 46, was replaced by Holly Willoughby as he took a year off from working.
During their interview on Thursday, they also hinted at a new spin-off show, which could feature popular campmates from previous series.

McPartlin said: “I don’t know why it’s never been done before.
“But it’s a spin-off from the main show where we’ve got ex-camp mates who all come together in South Africa, competing in challenges and trials.”
He then asked: “Should I keep talking?”
‘It’s a secret’
However, Donnelly stepped in to say: “I don’t think you should.
“I think this is a secret.”
McPartlin replied: “It’s going to be great.”
He was then cut off by his comedy partner, who said: “Just stop talking! Oh he’s gone again, he’s still talking! It’s a secret!”
