The family of rugby player Levi Davis have said he was in a “sad place” before he went missing and have pleaded for him to make contact, telling him he is “loved by everyone”.
The 24-year-old has not been seen since he was captured on CCTV leaving the Old Irish Pub in Barcelona on 29 October.
The video shows the former Bath Rugby player and Celebrity X Factor star dressed in a white T-shirt, black jeans and white trainers and carrying a small black backpack.
There has also been an unconfirmed sighting of Mr Davis in the town of Sitges, not far from Barcelona, where a woman said she tried to speak to someone matching his description but he didn’t respond.
Mr Davis’s friends and family have launched a social media campaign to try to locate him.
His foster mother Suzanne Balfour told Sky’s Kay Burley: “I think he’s in a sad place at the moment. I think he’s trying to sort his head out, trying to get things together.”
She said it was “concerning” that he hadn’t contacted any family or friends.

His foster sister Candeece Balfour said: “He thinks a lot about what could happen, he is an overthinker.
“He is definitely probably scared, he’s definitely confused.”
Former England rugby player Tom Varndell has also urged anyone who has seen Davis in the past two weeks to make contact.
Writing on Twitter, Varndell said: “If anyone has seen or heard from Levi Davis in the last two weeks could you please drop me a message asap. Many thanks.”
The rugby union player featured on ITV’s Celebrity X Factor in 2019 alongside fellow rugby stars Ben Foden and Thom Evans in a singing group known as Try Star. He was also on E4’s Celebs Go Dating in 2020.
Ms Balfour said: “I just want to let Levi know that he is loved by everyone. I also want to let him know that we are here to support him.”
She said she received a voice note from Mr Davis on 26 October where he said he was a “fighter” and would “keep fighting”.
It is understood Mr Davis suffered an injury which had affected his rugby career and may also have had some financial difficulties.
Suzanne Balfour told Sky News prior to his disappearance he had been in Ibiza with a friend but said he had to “get out”.
It’s believed he took a ferry to Barcelona but no one has heard from him since.
Mr Davis’s mother, Julia Davis, is believed to be travelling to the country to speak to police.
