A 15-year-old boy is in a life-threatening condition after he was stabbed on Friday afternoon in east London.
The Metropolitan Police is appealing for witnesses to come forward after the teenager was attacked at Marlborough Gardens in Upminster at about 3.25pm.
Officers and paramedics from the London Ambulance Service attended the scene and found the youngster suffering from serious injuries.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and his condition was described as life-threatening on Saturday morning.
Police have not yet made any arrests.
