A bear cub high on “mad honey” and possibly hallucinating had to be rescued in Turkey after being found in a forest.
The disoriented youngster was captured on camera wobbling and whining in the back of a pickup truck after being collected on Thursday.
She is thought to have become intoxicated after eating an excessive amount of mad honey – a type of rhododendron honey that can have hallucinogenic effects.
The bear was brought to a vet, where she was receiving treatment and will likely be released into the wild in the coming days, local authorities said.
The agriculture ministry tweeted a request for the public to come up with a name for the bear.
She is reportedly now back in good health after her brush with the mad honey.
