A wasteland of abandoned tents with rubbish strewn everywhere is the unpleasant sight after Reading festival.
Drone video shows hundreds of tents apparently left behind by campers after the music festival this past weekend, with a huge clean-up operation needed.
Tens of thousands of people are thought to have attended this year’s edition of the annual live music extravaganza, which this weekend was headlined by Dave, Arctic Monkeys and The 1975.
Images of scores of tents left behind after the popular festival led to comments on social media criticising the mess, and wondering who would be left to clean it up.
Similar scenes were visible after Reading festival last year, with video showing several fields covered in rubbish.
Sky News approached Reading festival organisers for comment.
