Fancy a cool £191million? That’s the EuroMillions jackpot up for grabs on Friday – the largest ever.
A single winner would be able to buy a couple of properties in Billionaire’s Row in north London (where houses have gone for around £75m) or perhaps invest in a super yacht.
If one UK ticketholder bags the entire jackpot, they would immediately become the UK’s biggest-ever winner, knocking Gloucestershire couple Joe and Jess Thwaite off the top spot only two months after they scooped a record-breaking £184m.
The EuroMillions lottery game is played in Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The jackpot will be capped once it reaches 230 million euros (around £197 million) and it is estimated that could be reached in Friday’s draw.
When the jackpot reaches its cap, players matching five main numbers and one Lucky Star can expect a bigger prize, because any money that would have gone into boosting the jackpot is shared among winners in the next prize tier.
