Her baby news comes a day after bandmate Perrie Edwards revealed she welcomed her first child on Saturday with Liverpool star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Both Pinnock and Edwards announced their pregnancies around the same time, but did not reveal their due dates.
Commenting on Pinnock’s announcement, Edwards wrote: “Two bundles of absolute joy! I love you my Lee Lee!”
Other celebrity pals congratulated her too, including influencer Saffron Barker, presenter Rochelle Humes and model Winnie Harlow.
In May, Pinnock said on social media that her and fiance Gray had “dreamed about this moment for so long and we can’t believe the dream is finally coming true”.
Pinnock and Edwards make up two-thirds of Little Mix, which was formed on The X Factor in 2011 and has become one of the UK’s biggest girl bands.
