Queer Eye star Tan France and his husband have welcomed their first child via a surrogate.
The Doncaster-born fashionista announced the happy news in a post on social media, revealing they are now parents to a boy named Ismail France.
Born on 10 July, Ismail arrived early and spent three weeks on a newborn intensive care unit before France and his husband Rob were able to take him home, he said.

Sharing pictures of Ismail on Instagram, France, 38, asked his 3.8 million followers to “give our son a warm welcome”.
France wrote: “He came 7 weeks early, so he’s been in the NICU for the past 3 weeks. But, today, we finally got to bring him home. We love him so, so much. Like, fully obsessed.
“Our Surrogate is doing so great, post labor, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the greatest gift in our lives. π₯°”
France, who is a member of the Fab Five in the critically-acclaimed Netflix reboot of Queer Eye, married illustrator Rob in 2007.
Rob also shared the photos, captioning them: “My two loves. π❤️π❤️πππ.”
France’s Queer Eye cast-mates were among those sending congratulations on the couple’s new arrival.
Posting on Instagram Stories, grooming expert Jonathan Van Ness wrote: “Not to make everything about me but this is another secret I’ve successfully kept!!! We’re so happy for you & love your family so!!”
Interior designer Bobby Berk shared the photos and wrote: “I’m not crying! You’re crying!!”
Rob replied to Berk saying Ismail would be his “youngest design apprentice”, and told Van Ness he would be his “favorite godparent”.
