Police in Dublin are dealing with a “serious incident” after a stabbing involving several children in the city centre.
Police say a number of people including children have been involved in the incident outside a school.
At least three children have been injured and have been taken to hospital, according to local media reports.
Police said they are currently at the scene on Parnell Square East and are being assisted by other emergency services.
“At this early stage, an Garda Siochana is not in a position to confirm any further details,” a statement said.
