A man has been charged with the murder of a delivery driver hit by his own van and dragged a “considerable distance”.
Mark Lang, 54, died at the Unversity Hospital of Wales on 15 April following the incident in the North Road area of Cathays on Tuesday, 28 March.
Christopher Elgafari, 31, from the Llanrumney area of Cardiff, is due to appear at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court today and was previously charged with attempted murder.
Police say Mr Lang’s family have been updated and are being supported by a family liaison officer.
