About 70 firefighters have been called to a “serious” blaze near Elephant and Castle railway station in southeast London.
London Fire Brigade said it appeared to have started in some railway arches close by.
It is asking people to “avoid the area and close all doors and windows”.
Video footage shared on social media showed a huge plume of black smoke rising into the sky.
